Anna Garcia earned her degree from URV (Rovira Virgili University) and now works as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).She started her career in the public sector of the city of Tarragona, where she assessed many types of patients, focusing on those with digestive pathology and eating disorders. However, before becoming a nutritionist, Anna was already a patient with polycystic ovary syndrome, struggling with the symptoms of hormone imbalances. Mood swings, acne, cravings, weight gain (and loss) were all things that she experienced. But, nutrition opened up a newworld for her, and it totally changed her quality of life. For this reason, she decided to study female hormone nutrition, with the aim of helping other women get to the root cause of their hormonal problems through integrative and personalized nutrition, instead of merely treating the symptoms as they pop up.Anna lives in Barcelona, Spain with her partner and their dog. She spends most of her time with her loved ones, cooking and playing the piano.
