Sticking to any diet is complicated, but it can be made easier by finding some kitchen equipment that will help you in the process.

SPIRALIZER

Keto is a low-carb diet, which means pasta and noodles are off the table. Having a spiralizer will help you create a great substitute: veggie noodles! They are just as tasty and even more nutritious than regular noodles.

FOOD PROCESSOR

We have two words for you: CAULIFLOWER RICE. Yes, you know it’s a keto basic and we strongly suggest you make it yourself with a food processor. Plus, this is another kitchen must-have for chopping and pureeing.

CUTTING/ CHOPPING BOARD

Keto does include lots of veggies (just try to stay away from the starchy ones), which means you’re going to be spending a lot of time chop, chop, chopping away. Having a big cutting board is a lifesaver.

Besides helping you create creamy bulletproof coffee (a.k.a keto coffee), this tool is a must-have for chopping and pureeing. It is especially useful for pureeing soups or making sauces.

AVOCADO KEEPER

Avocados are keto dieters’ favorite fruit (it's kind of the mascot of the keto diet), and it’s normal, because they make delicious additions to many dishes (like smoothies, omelettes, in place of French fries, etc), but, with avocados, you have to use it or lose it!
